The world is embroiled in a pandemic of a new coronavirus at the end of 2019 and early in 2020, with such a large scale that it has severely involved the political, economic, and social systems in most countries around the world. The scale of the crisis is so widespread that many experts believe that the post-corona world will be substantially different from the pre-corona world. In the face of this massive epidemic, how people perceive risk and how to risk is communicated, plays a central role in deciding and choosing people's behavior. Fighting with this emerging phenomenon requires mobilizing all the possibilities of society and helping all people in the field of empathy and altruism. In this article, we briefly review aspects of the important concept of risk perception and Communication in this pervasive crisis.

Objective: One of the challenges of Communication research is the lack of definition of "pattern" and "model" among Iranian researchers. Some researchers do not differentiate between pattern and model.Method: In this research, which was done with the library method and analytical-descriptive method.Results: The results of the research showed: the definition of pattern and model are two separate definitions. Pattern drawing is specific to research that lacks theoretical foundations, and the researcher, in order to create a theory that is the theoretical support of his quantitative research, first by specifying the main concepts of the research, he proposes "relationships between concepts" based on the researcher's lived experiences and studies in the form of a mental model, and then in the mixed method uses quantitative method to confirm the pattern to arrive at the pattern. Conclusions: The pattern is the result of qualitative method and the model is the result of quantitative methods that shows the "relationships between variables" with numbers and figures resulting from the use of statistics in research. There are different types of models, such as: 1-combination of theories 2-compatibility of theories 3-typology and 4-modelling; Iranian researchers base most of their work on the type of modeling, perhaps the mistakes that researchers make are due to the lack of knowledge of all types of models.

Communication and effective date of electronic judicial measure are among the important issues. In electronic Communication, the relevant regulations are in some ways inconsistent with the rules. The nature of this Communication is ambiguous,Beneficiary of the regulations, hearing the statement of ignorance of the provisions of electronic Communication is subject to proof, accepting the excuse of not being informed applies, With the silence of the existing regulations, assuming the difference in date, in principle, the date of receipt of the Communication in the system, which is the first date, should be considered the date of Communication, unless the addressee proves lack of access to the system. In many cases, judicial action is limited to a deadline (legal or judicial) or the passage of time. In addition to the possibility of acting outside office hours, if the beneficiary is denied the opportunity to act within the deadline due to reasons not appropriate to the beneficiary, his right will be lost in accordance with the existing regulations. This is an unfair approach and contrary to the rights of citizens.

Background and Aim: Following the deployment of the Health Transformation Plan (HTP) in most of the public hospitals, various changes occurred in the relationships between insurance organizations and hospitals. The purpose of this study was to find the obstacles and challenges facing the two types of organizations and suggest solutions.Materials and Methods: This was an exploratory study. The research population was a total of 74 participants from Tehran public, private and military hospitals (managers, senior nursing officers, financial officers, and chiefs of accounting) and basic and complementary insuring organizations (insurance agents in hospitals, insurance officers from insuring organizations, and insurance managers). Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis.Results: The most important challenges were as follows: acting on one’s own preferences, deductions, delays in the payments of hospital expenditures, an insufficient number of insurance agents in some hospitals, insufficient accountability of hospital personnel in expenditure management, lack of sufficient interaction between the two organizations, and lack of contracts between complementary insurance companies and public hospitals and between private hospitals and basic insurance organizations.Conclusion: Given the importance and sensitivity of the relations between the health service providers and receivers and considering further the complexity and challenges that appeared after HTP and hospital accreditations, a knowledge of the challenges identified in this research can help policy-makers and managers to find suitable, effective strategies for enhancing relations and Communication between insurance companies and hospitals.
